Rick Sekhon was born and raised in Richmond Hill, Ontario, in a hardworking middle-class family where discipline, integrity, and accountability were foundational values. As a youth member of the Royal Canadian Air Cadets, he developed a deep respect for leadership, structure, and service — principles that continue to guide his professional approach today.

Rick's career in real estate and mortgage finance spans 25 years. He began as a licensed real estate professional before transitioning full time into mortgage brokering about 20 years ago, where he found his true calling: helping Ontarians structure and navigate complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence.

Over the years, Rick became a top-producing mortgage agent recognized across Canada for performance and leadership.
